The recent renovation of the home made it a great place to stay and very convenient to the beach access. We will definitely be looking to rent this home again next year.Amanda was very responsive on all correspondence and took great care of us.

We had an amazing stay! We booked a last minute stay in October after our Avon vacation was canceled due to the access road being flooded. This house is clean, cozy, and well appointed. Our whole family commented on how comfortable the beds were. Location is on the quieter end of Nags Head, and while not ocean front, we still had a great view from the porch and easy access to the beach. Many thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely be back - This place is truly a gem!

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s newly remodeled cottage in South Nags Head. The cottage is lovely! The beds were very comfortable! And nice ocean views from the deck! We will definitely be back to stay again!Thank you for sharing your home!

Great home, wonderful beach gear, plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, although close proximity to the beach, we had brought things for the beach but didnt need to aside from beach towels. Lovely furnishings, very peaceful and well appointed. Lots of areas to spread out. We loved having dinner on the picnic table on front deck.

Lovingly renovated house just steps away from the ocean. We were only able to stay a few days and wish it could have been longer. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated and our host was very quick to respond when we had a minor "plumbing" problem. The dogs settled in nicely and enjoyed sunbathing on the secure front porch. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to return! Thanks for being such an attentive host, Amanda.
