The flat has a big living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom and the flat is situated in a Residence directly on the lake of Garda. In the picture You can appreciate the wonderful view from the garden in front of the house, where from a private passage You can go directly to the beach.

The garden, of 2000 squares meters, has marble tables where it's possible to have lunch or dinner enjoying the sound of the lake and of the birds, having the amazing view of 180 degrees on the lake of Garda. In the garden there is also a private shower.

The apartment is on the ground floor, but the windows of the bedroom and of the living room are protected by railings. The flat has also a private terrace and a private garage..

Where we are: The house is in the village of 'San Benedetto di Lugana', between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. Its 30 minutes far away from Gardaland (the amusement park) and Verona, and it's very close to the highway.

Just relax

What a wonderful place. Just relax and enjoy the view of the lake, changing with the weather, do some walking directly from the garden at the lake-side and have nice dinner in the nearby restaurants. The landlady is very friendly and attentive and open to whatever question arises. So definitely very recommended.

Perfekte Lage

Daniela and Stefano are great hosts, you feel comfortable from the first minute. During the stay, Daniela asks if everything is fine. The apartment is perfectly equipped and the garden a nice place to relax, here you can find peace. Peschiera del Garda can be easily reached on foot via the promenade. Thank you, it was a great week. The name says it all - Corner of Heaven!

Daniela is a great owner to deal with - great communication from start to finish. She provided loads of useful information before our trip, and when she personally met usat the property and also during our stay. She gave great advice on travel and local information. We flew from Scotland to Milan Bergamo and had a wee Fiat 500 hire car which got us straight and easily to the property in an hour...there was even a basement garage parking space! The apartment is so well situated with all you need - the photos look great but the real thing is brilliant! Thank you Daniela and Stefano for a wonderful stay in Italy :)

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit am Gardasee in der Ferienwohnung von Daniela und Stefano verbracht.Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir wurden über alles Wissenswerte gut informiert, haben einige Tipps für unsere Urlaubszeit bekommen. Der Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes bei fragen unsererseits war immer top.Die Wohnung ist wundervoll, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Traumhafte Lage, nur ein paar Schritte die Treppe herunter von einem verhältnismäßig ruhigem Strand-Abschnitt entfernt. Camping-Platz mit einem guten Italiener nur 2 Minuten Strandweg entfernt. Toller Garten, in dem man sich nach "Bade- oder SUB-Einheit" ganz privat zurück ziehen kann. Wohnung ebenfalls mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Sehr nette Vermieter, die auch während des Urlaubs jederzeit erreichbar sind und auch von selbst nachfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Alles in Allem:Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir Familie mit 2 Kindern, hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee zu wohnen und es war einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick auf den See ist atemberaubend – jeden Morgen konnten wir bei einem Kaffee auf den Gardasee blicken und die Seele baumeln lassen. Man braucht kein Geld auszugeben für Liegen und Schirm am Strand. Liegen sind in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden und können im Garten aufgestellt und kostenfrei genutzt werden. Laut Google Maps liegt die Ferienwohnung übrigens nicht direkt am Strand, dies ist aber ein Fehler, auf den uns die Gastgeber aufmerksam gemacht haben. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich direkt am Strand, bitte nicht irritieren lassen! Die Lage ist ideal, um die umliegenden Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Auch der direkte Zugang zur Uferpromenade lädt zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen ein. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Merci Daniela et Stefano pour votre accueil. La qualité de votre accueil, la fonctionnalité de votre logement, sa position rare et exceptionnelle sont vos meilleurs atouts. Loin des bruits des campings mais les pieds dans l'eau, la promenade à pieds au bord du lac pour rejoindre l'hyper centre de Peschiera est très agréable. Un tres agreable sejour pour nous.

Ein Perfekter Urlaub am Gardasee

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Danach hat uns die Gastgeberin noch zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Lokale in der Nähe gegeben.Unter der Zeit hat Sie immer gefragt ob alles gut ist oder ob wir was vermissen oder brauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihr.Die Lage ist sehr gut, über die kleine Treppe ist man direkt am See und fußläufig sind schnell Restaurants zu erreichen. Nach Alt Peschiera läuft man ca 30min. Perfekt für den Abendspaziergang:-). Der Hundestrand ist auch direkt vor der Tür.Also genau richtig für unsere Bedürfnisse.Wir werden wieder kommen

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und Entdecken

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Appartment liegt sehr schön am Gardasee, der nur 20 m vom Grundstück entfernt ist, aber absolut ruhig und erholsam. Das Zentrum von Peschiera ist durch einen 20minütigen Spaziergang am Wasser erreichbar, für die Grundversorgung ist aber alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten sowohl die West- als auch die Ostküste des Gardasees erkunden, die Lage ist dafür perfekt und bietet noch dazu eine filmreife Aussicht auf den Gardasee mit den dahinter liegenden Alpen. Das Appartment ist für zwei Personen mit Hund absolut geeignet, da das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, aber man sich nicht eingesperrt fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gemütlich, alles funktionierte hervorragend. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit und haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und wir haben viele Orte und Bauten entdecken können.

We zijn goed ontvangen, en overdracht is vlot verlopen, dankzij vooraf gekregen info. We waren daar met een kleine hond, 14 dagen ruime grasveld, om heerlijk in te zonnen, Goed beloopbare trap af +/_ 18 treden. Dan nog richting het Meer/Zee 15 meter en je bent op het grint strand aan het water. lekker toch. Het appartement word goed onderhouden, en het interieur is voldoende, wel veel decoraties wat het geheel onrustig maakt. Het terras is goed ingericht, zowel Zon als schaduw is mogelijk. Er is in de parkeergarage een droge koele plek. afgesloten ruimte. Ook het gehele complex is afgesloten, en alleen toegankelijk voor de bewoners.

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der saubere Kiesstrand am See liegt direkt unter der Wohnung, neben einem wunderschönen Hundestrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, sowie Peschiera del Garda sind super zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, der sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man benötigt. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist klasse. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieterin, die uns Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben hat. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr aufmerksam zu uns und unserem Hund, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Urlaub besser als ich es je erwartet hätte!

Die Besitzer des Apartments haben uns sehr nett selbst empfangen. Sie haben uns persönlich in alles eingewiesen. Der riesen Garten ist komplett eingezeunt das unser Hund nicht audbüchsen kann. Auf der Herlichen Terrasse hat man auf sehr kurzer Entfernung direkten Blick auf den See. Vom Garten aus kommt man durch eine Tür direkt zur Strandpromenade. Der Urlaub war einfach nur ein Traum. War schon sehr oft am Gardasee..... Nördlicher. Doch so eine schöne Lage direkt am See hatte ich noch nie. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal das ich in dieses Appartement fahre. Ich freue mich schon auf auf nächstes Jahr. Das ganze drumherum stimmt einfach alles. Den Besitzer noch vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft 🤗

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung

Perfekte Unterkunft für Hundebesitzer

Das Appartement ist perfekt geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Wir war mit einem Bichon 7,5kg und einem Cane Corso 55 Kg in dem Appartement. Der Hundestrand ist nur eine Treppe entfernt, man kann sich im umzäunten Garten sonnen und geht nur die Treppe runter zum Wasser. Man spart sich die Miete der Sonnenliegen am Strand. Die Besitzer/Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und halten sich an die getroffenen Absprachen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
