The new property

This property was amazing. Being a new property i came open minded. Day one it was everything as the post discribed and photos taken. Nice cozy small place. Newly renovated. Furniture was super comfy and the beds really nice. This property was nice and relaxing to come back to after a long day at work.

Great little place. Clean, basic needs available. I like to cook, kitchen had basic needs, not many extras like spices, coffee pot, serving dishes Arrival and departure was easy and quick. Host was very responsive to questions. Neighborhood was active on Friday night. Nothing too crazy. Overall stay was easy and positive.

Thank you so much, Stacy, for your lovely review! It truly makes me happy to know that you enjoyed my home and your stay! ❤️ I’m just sorry you had a little trouble finding the plates! We have several different sizes, and they’re tucked away in the lower cabinets in the corner of the kitchen. I’ll definitely make sure they’re easier to find for our future guests! 😊

Given what occurred, we were surprised that the guest chose to leave a review at all. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this guest. During the stay, there were serious violations of our house rules, including unauthorized guests and activities that caused significant damage to the property. The situation escalated to the point that we had to involve the police. The home was left in very poor condition and required extensive cleaning and repairs after check-out. The guest also refused to take responsibility or pay for the damages caused. We would not host this guest again.
