We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was just as described. Clean, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The carriage house was located in a quiet spot that was a few steps from the pool. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops, beach and neighboring towns. Bikes were provided but we ended up walking almost everywhere. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Point of View Carriage House. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 13 year old son. The kitchen had everything you could need and there were plenty of bath towels. The location was great, just a block from the heart of Barrett Square and a block from the Cabana Pool. The walk to the beach was easy as well. The host was very good at communicating leading up to and during our visit. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Location was ideal and such close proximity to shops, restaurants, community pool and beach. We only used our vehicle one time to grab dinner in Alys Beach, but even that we would have walked to if it wasn’t so hot out. Unit was just as pictured. Clean, modern. Comfy couch and beds. Street was quiet even being so close to town. The garage was definitely a bonus. We would stay again!
