This is a nice little place for a vacation for an individual or couple. It was clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the secluded feel and the private beach. Host was very nice and reached to make sure I made it in safe and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend!

Property was great for myself and my dog. From the pics, I thought tiny house was closer to the beach, but not a problem at all. Will definitely stay with Aaron again on a future trip to Fort Morgan! Aaron was fabulous and very responsive to a request I made. Extremely clean and pet friendly.

My husband and I (and our dog Hobbs) enjoyed our short stay! It is perfect for a single person or a couple but 3 adults might be a little crowded in my opinion. I love this area for its natural setting with pine trees, plants and shrubs. It's a little hike to the beach but a nice natural trail to follow. Having use of the carts was a huge plus. The little house was easy to control the temp with the mini split unit. The ladder to the loft bed was extremely sturdy- just be sure you are able to climb a ladder. One recommendation- the TV is in the loft. We'd have liked to have had one downstairs. Other than that we didn't want for anything. Be mindful if you have a dog though- there are sand spurs all around. Especially up and down the driveway. We pulled them from our dogs coat and feet almost every time we took him out to do his business. We had a nice time here and recommend it.

Overall stay was nice but not real clean. Fridge isn’t the same as in the pictures so no freezer section for frozen foods. Ice maker wasn’t working great. Shelf in one of the kitchen cabinets was broke. Seating downstairs was different than in the pictures. Only two single chairs…no loveseat.

Overall, everything was great, especially the flexibility and communication with the owner. Only downside was that in the pictures online it seemed like the beach was right in front of our tiny house, but the main rental house was in between us and the beach. That was disappointing, but it was fine with my wife, so it was fine with me.

Everything was perfect for a couples getaway. Perfectly quaint without feeling too crowded in a smaller space. It is a 0.25mile walk to the beach from the tiny house, which I didn’t mind, but do think should be listed a little more clearly! Loved that there was a mini fridge, toaster oven, wash/dryer and an ICE MAKER!!! Ice maker was a huge plus for us personally.

A quant little place perfect for a romantic getaway! It was clean and just a short walk to the beach. We did not have any issues but when I messaged the host prior to arrival he was quick to respond.
