The house was something wonderful. I and my fraternity brothers had a wonderful time creating new memories while celebrating our 45 anniversary.The rooms are decorated nicely and makes you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. The host was very responsive to my questions and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was new, clean, comfortable and very well stocked with games, snacks, and workout equipment. The beds were very comfortable. The outside had nice furniture and hot tub but it was raining and too warm to take advantage of these. The only negative was the neighborhood. In a few years it will be a different story. To the left of the house the neighborhood has been renovated. and rehabbed.....to the right of the house were older dilapidated homes. The good news is that we felt very safe and secure with fencing around the home and nice locking system.

The most well-stocked Vrbo EVER! So many special touches and things to make us feel like we were on vacation. Beds were SO comfy, bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. And the coffee setupā€”WOW! Games for teens were awesome! We were a little worried about the neighborhood at first, but it turned out to be just fine with no issues and the house was such a dream that it didnā€™t matter! We felt safe and comfortable and happy:-) We would definitely book this again!

This is a fantastic property! We had 12 gathered in town for a wedding and it was very comfortable. We chose this location due to the venue being 5 minutes away., which worked out perfectly. That being said, I would probably not have stayed in this neighborhood otherwise. While there were no issues, it is a lower-income area that some people may not be comfortable in. The house comes with an alarm system, so we felt safe in that respect. Communication with the host was a little delayed due to time zone issues, but all-in-all it was a good weekend.
