This rental is an entire historic home. We loved the nostalgic feel and the many thoughtful touches throughout. The screened in porch is a particularly beautiful spot to enjoy your book or a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you need to cook and nice appliances. Air conditioning unit in main living area and one bedroom.
The house was clean and nicely stocked but when you walked in the smell of the plug in air fresheners slaps you on the face. As a person with allergies this was not great and there were no tissues thankfully I always carry my own, we promptly found the plug ins and placed them in the breezeway which should really have a door that locks the neighborhood is a little sketchy. But the actual neighbors were friendly. Also the shower should come with a tutorial and the bathroom could use an actual toilet paper holder. It’s a tiny but quaint house.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are glad you found the home clean and quaint! Our standard bathroom layout and shower setup have always worked well for our guests, but we appreciate you sharing your unique perspective. We will certainly look into dialing back the air fresheners to ensure a more comfortable arrival for everyone. Safe travels!

A great, comfortable house with lots of nice touches and that was perfect for what we needed! Highly recommend.
Clean and comfy with all your travel amenities. Family of four enjoyed our two night stay. Able to walk to pizza or ice cream shop. Recommend this place.
This cottage was my home base for three nights as I explored Vermont. It has everything that I needed for my stay. The host was responsive; the cottage was walkable to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. It was clean and quiet.
Wonderful little cottage in VT! Close to Santa's village and braggs maple farm which were on our to visit list. Nice little bakery nearby and close to shops etc. Very clean and cute! Property manager was also easily reachable. Highly recommend!

Stevi was great to work with before and during our stay. The biscotti was great and a nice extra. The QR code was not active at the time of our stay, not sure we would have ventured out anyway after our long ride. I highly recommend this as a place to check out and into for a charming stay.
Absolutely charming cottage!! So many lovely touches throughout. The kitchen is well-stocked as is the bathroom. There is a very inviting screened-in porch - perfect for morning coffee or curling up with a book. We ordered pizza from the place down the road - a 5 minute walk to go pick it up.
The house is VERY old but very nicely redone. The hostess dropped the communication ball but was apologetic when we spoke to her.
Property fine...neighborhood sketchy overall.
What a gem! Lovely cottage with amazing character, stocked with everything you will need (and more), for an exceptionally comfortable stay. Within walking distance to historic downtown St Johnsbury. Immaculately cleaned and cared for…great attention to every detail.
