In the event of a clog, the guest is responsible for any plumbing costs.<br>- Use electricity responsibly; use the air conditioning only when necessary, and turn off the lights and AC before leaving the apartment.<br>- Any damage caused to the house, its furniture, or sports equipment will be charged based on the current replacement value and the cost of repairs.
