Just a beautiful experience! The views of the gulf are magnificent!!! We had 8 people and it slept everyone comfortably!

Very nice property for us. 4 queen or larger beds with 2 sleeper sofas and 3 full bathrooms. Great for our big adult family. Wonderful beach views from wrap-around porch. Property was very clean and well stocked. Only real issue involved water. Dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor. And twice we had storms which caused leaking from the ceiling near the dining table. Judging my local damage, it appears both problems are chronic. You can avoid 1 problem if it doesn’t rain. And just keep a dry towel in front of the dishwasher when using it. I’d consider the rental perfect if only these two issues were fixed.

Condo was a great choice for 8 people. Very clean, great pools, and short walks to restaurants and attractions. Would recommend to anyone needing a 3 bed/3 bath for a larger group!

Great balcony to view the beach

We've stayed in the Edgewater Resort 4 years ago to do the Ironman race and it's just the perfect spot where all the action is going on. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The resort and beach were great. Our unit was very hot. There were fans in every room to help, but still uncomfortable. The HOA had the trim being painted which required workers going through our unit and taking over the entire balcony. Not what you want to happen while you are at the beach. Workers used our kitchen sink and smoked on balcony which as not acceptable to us.

The staff extremely helpful and polite from booking until check out. The views are amazing. Condo has room enough for a large family to spread out and have their own space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious condo. The balcony was amazing and the neighboring resort had nightly music that was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of water pressure.

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years, but this condo is the BEST we have stayed in. Overall very good condition and the owners were very proactive and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this condo again.
