B107 is a lower level 1 bedroom ocean view unit just steps away from the breathtaking views of Napili Shores. Newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint & air conditioning. Our guests make themselves at home with a fully equipped kitchen, so you can enjoy your home cooked meals or a glass of wine on the patio. Soaking up the beautiful ocean views and the surrounding manicured grounds. This unit offers a queen size bed and a sofa which opens up to another queen size bed to sleep two additional guests. This is a great unit to "bring the family" for a vacation they will never forget!

The complex amenities include 2 pools (one of them is solar heated), jacuzzi, and 6 BBQs on the garden grounds. Additional shopping and dining is close in Kapalua, Kaanapali, and, of course, right there in Lahaina Town.

Napili Shores post Christmas

The Unit B107 is close to the Gazebo and Napili Bay which is nice. Lots of traffic goes by your patio. My only concern was the cleanliness of to sofa cover and bedspread. Other than those we had a great visit!

Napili Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Napili Shores . The location is great, easy beach access and enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot tub, and snorkeling. The place was lovely, clean and well stocked kitchen. Would stay there again.

Great location, nice condo!

As a family of four, we had a lovely stay at the Napili Shores. Proximity to the beach was awesome, and the upper pool and hot tub were great. The condo unit was good, although beach equipment was lacking (e.g., no beach chairs or blankets) and extra bedding / pillows were limited. We had a great stay overall!

This property was a wonderful place to stay for our family. Great pool and grounds for our young children to explore/play, and a lovely beach just a short stroll away. We loved watching the sunset, and the ocean views from the patio. Very relaxing setting. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect Maui vacation

This is our second time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint! We traveled with our young kids and the proximity of the condo to the beach path is unbeatable. Everything was clean and little touches like the closet being stocked with beach chairs, a few sand toys, a step stool, and basic necessities like dishwasher pods and basic cleaning supplies to get us by made the stay extra convenient and made it feel like home. Our kids loved being right by shuffleboard and the big grass areas to run on. There is a lot of foot traffic but it’s because you’re right on the path to the beach, which to us is ideal. Beautiful unit! Perfect vacation!

Beautiful location, easy check-in

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The owners allowed use of their boogie boards, chairs and snorkel equipment, which was most appreciated. The pull-out couch in the front room was comfortable and the TV worked great. The garbage disposal wasn't working but that seems like it would be an easy fix. Overall it was a lovely stay. Communication with the property owners was prompt. Thank you!

This location at Napili Shores is a busy one. It is on the walk path to the gazebo restaurant. If you don’t mind talking to people it’s a great spot. Right next to the beach entry. The room is not one of the updated outrigger rooms. Still nice but older. No extra blankets if you have family staying. Thank you for the stay.

Great stay with amazing views!!

Overall was a great stay with even better ocean views! A pleasant surprise was having one of the top rated restaurants on the entire west side of Maui being located just steps outside of our door! The unit has easy access to the beach as well as 2 pools on site. They also have a rental shop on site to rent snorkeling equipment, underwater GoPros, umbrellas, chairs, paddle boards, etc. at a pretty good price which was a bonus. Not to mention they also have a massage therapist that can be scheduled through the rental shop who was wonderful. All in all we loved our stay and are already wanting to go back!!

Perfect little home for the week

This condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Some say reviews I saw said it was a bit noisy by the beach path but we did not mind the foot traffic coming by the unit at all. It was amazing to be the closest unit to the path to the beach! A personal touch I was surprised by is how loaded the condo was with family friendly items. There was a fold up step stool my toddler used and a pack and play in the closet for our baby as well as family beach items. We absolutely loved our time here and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Napili Shores 107B

The view from the patio is great! We got a view of the bay and the Ocean. Sunsets were stunning. It's a corner unit, on the bottom floor. If you have children, the shuffleboard is right out the door. Pool was great looking out at the ocean. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a fine place to stay. One of the best locations in Maui for whale and turtle watching. This unit is a little noisy because of shuffleboard and people walking past for the restaurant in the morning. But it didn't bother us too much. Would stay again. Thank you

Great views and centrally located

This unit is centrally located in the Napili Shores courtyard and the Lenai faces views of the ocean from two angles. It is very close to the beach access gate and right on the path to The Gazebo Restaurant which means it's a busy location. If you are looking for privacy, this is not the unit for you. We did enjoy the people-watching with our one-year-old son. As other reviewers mentioned it could use some condo updates. The towel rack was broken and one of the electrical outlets for a lamp was falling apart so I tucked the lamp in the closet. The closets were a bit full of random items and not easy to access when babyproofing. I think this unit was a great choice overall!
