Host was responsive. Apartment was nicely remodeled and furnished. 2 blocks from beach. Walkable area. Lots of activity on Collins into the wee hours of the morning. Parking is enforced 8a-11p costing approximately 20 for the day.

3 stars due to a bar being nearby that blasts music until 5am and the apartment has a scent of mildew. There is also lots of traffic noise because it is in a high traffic area on Collins Avenue. Location is great along with restaurants and shops nearby.
