Welcome to Your Oasis Comfort Stay in Aventura Near Beach Shared Condo with Host
Experience the warmth and convenience of this centrally located 2-bedroom condo, just minutes from Aventura Mall, the beach, and with a bus stop right at your doorstep. A shopping plaza with a supermarket and pharmacy is also just a five-minute walk away.
You’ll be staying in a private bedroom with an en-suite private bathroom, featuring a 55-inch Smart TV, freshly made bed with clean linens, hotel-style toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), and a complete towel set including a bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel, and a complimentary bottle of water.
Please note: This is a shared space. I (the host) live in the master bedroom of the condo. While your bedroom and bathroom are completely exclusively private, the living room, dining area, balcony, and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is available for light cooking and includes a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, and gym. You’ll receive your own key to the apartment and a separate key to access the amenities.
Parking: Free parking is available along the side of the building during the day. For overnight parking, I recommend using the on-site valet service, which charges a small daily fee (please check with them directly for current rates).
This arrangement allows me to offer such a great value for the area. It’s an ideal option for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and location at a much more affordable rate than fully private units nearby.

It's in the middle of Miami and a short distance from the beach and Aventura Mall, with a bus stop right at your doorstep. A shopping center complete with a supermarket and pharmacy is only five minutes away. This building has amenities such as a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gym.
