Additional Amenities/Special Request
- For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Maintenance
- Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

Mailboxes
- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

The guest have access to all areas of the house except the cleaner's closet.

We are available to respond to any needs/requests in a timely manner throughout your stay. We are best reached via the app or by calling/texting the number provided on the listing.

~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.

# Pool Waiver- PLEASE READ
As a guest at 3628 Clark, I acknowledge and agree to the following regarding use of the swimming pool and surrounding areas:
    1.    Assumption of Risk:
I understand that using the swimming pool involves risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, drowning, or injury from the misuse of pool facilities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the pool and related amenities.
    2.    Waiver and Release:
In consideration for being permitted to use the pool, I, on behalf of myself, my guests, and any minors under my care, hereby release, waive, and discharge JustExplauren LLC and their agents, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur while using the pool, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
    3.    Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my use of the pool or the use by my guests or minors under my supervision.
    4.    Rules Compliance:
I agree to comply with all posted and provided pool rules. I understand that no lifeguard is on duty and that I am responsible for supervising all members of my party while using the pool.
    5.    Acknowledgment:
I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. I am signing it freely and voluntarily, intending to release the Owner from all liability.

By booking this Property and/or by using the pool, I acknowledge and accept the terms of this waiver.

~ Covering our EXTERIOR cameras - $1000
~ Unauthorized late check out - $250/hour
~ Extra cleaning for big mess - $350
~ Unplugging devices like mesh/noise aware/surveillance EXTERIOR camera - $200

# Extra cleaning request and Essentials
~ Only cleaning supplies are provided to the guests. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be under your expense.
~ We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee ($299). This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.
