Enjoy fresh upgrades including new bedroom flooring, with a brand-new pool coming in 2026. Just minutes from the Sea Pines gate, with easy access to Sea Pines beach & Coligny Beach. We provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella & 10 beach towels for your group. Lots of convenient amenities in the home.
Hop on the nearby trolley—no parking stress! Relax at the beach, golf, kayak, or spot dolphins. Your HHI paradise awaits.
The space
Before entering the home, the unique courtyard features a comfortable lounge area with a propane fire pit. Guests must go up a few stairs to enter the home, but with 3 of the 4 bedrooms located on the first floor, perfect for anyone needing a space with minimal steps. As you enter the home, the living room and Carolina/sunroom provide in abundance of natural light. The privacy in the backyard is enhanced by shady palm trees and feels like paradise. The living room has a spacious reclining sectional with a pull out foot rest. The Carolina Room features a pool table, card table, and games in the event of a rainy day.
The first three bedrooms are on the right side of the home. Bedroom 1 features a king sized bed, TV and en suite with a walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 features two twin/twin bunkbeds. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 is located above the garage, staircase near the kitchen. It has a queen size bed, and en suite with walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. The kitchen offers barstool seating and extends to the dining room with additional seating for guests. Off the dining room, guest can relax on the screened in patio with a ceiling fan or venture to the backyard. The main deck has two seating areas, a dining area, propane, grill, and fire pit! The backyard is a private space with a grass area, perfect for playing corn hole.
25 Acorn Ln. is in the best location. You have the luxury of enjoying sea Pines amenities like the seasonal trolley to the beach, South Beach, Marina, Harbour Town and more, while still being close to the main entrance. You can easily drive, bike or walk down to Coligny Plaza, and enjoy more local shops and restaurants just minutes away! If you would like access to the pool, you may purchase a daily or weekly pool pass for South Beach Marina, May 2 to October 31, (weather permitting).

South Beach Marina Pool offers daily family passes for up to five guests: $40.00
weekly family pass for up to five guests:$85
Other things to note:
* Total number of vehicles allowed is four. Guests do not have access to the garage.
* This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Two car passes are included with your reservation. Additional car passes can be requested for $15 each plus taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for this property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
A maximum of two pets are allowed on the property. If you have additional pets, you would have to contact the host to inquire.
A 4 night minimum stay is required unless a special exception is made at the host’s discretion.
A 6 night minimum stay is required for RBC Heritage April 16-19, 2026.

Please be aware before booking:
Smoking or vaping of any kind is only allowed outside of the home on the deck, or courtyard areas. It is not allowed anywhere in the home.
If you are bringing pets, make sure to pick up after your pets on the property. We want the home to be enjoyable for all gas and it is important to us that you are responsible pet owner.
Please make sure to throw away garbage before checking out.
