Owner Grace was extremely responsive for any inquiries. It’s 2 beautiful homes. Check in and check out seamless. Location was great to attend spring training and enjoy Clearwater. Only thing to mention is there is no drawers/dresser in some of the bedrooms.

This property worked out perfectly for us with our adult children and grandchildren. Several families enjoyed the direct and short walk to the beach, the pool on the property, two kitchens, and the waterfront view. The outdoor sitting areas, as well as all of the pool and beach accessories, enhanced the ease with which we enjoyed Florida. The house with the larger kitchen ended up being our gathering space for all or most of our meals. We had three cars and were able to park in the driveway as well as plenty of garbage and recycle bins for our trash. The neighborhood is super quiet so the evenings were absolutely delightful.
