Charming and creative decorations! Clean, and perfect for what we needed.Plenty of sitting (day bed sleeping!) space on lower floor, coffee pods, water, creamer, snacks provided! A/C good for air circulation...Show and bathroom spacious! Comfortable bed, beautiful garden with fresh flowers used inside for pretty decorations (if no allergies to flowers.... even asked if ok to have flowers inside :) ) darling doggies, walking distance, plenty of parking both at location and on street..... we'll be back! Thankyou!!! Asked for a few items, received these within minutes...

This property was cute as a button and perfect for a one-night stay with my 2 daughters as we moved one into her dorm at OU.The only negative was that breakfast at the main house of the B&B was to be included. Around 7:45 AM, I tried the door to the main house and it was locked. I sent the host a message on VRBO and via text, to request the code to the door, but did not receive a reply until SEVERAL HOURS later, after we had already left. Needless to say, we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

This is my second time staying at this property, and it was just as amazing as the first time! Host service is phenomenal, beds are comfy, house rules are simple.
