Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Checkout time is 12PM the morning after the last night of stay.
• Late checkouts must be communicated with the host. A $50 late checkout fee may be charged at the discretion of the host.
• Please close and lock all windows, doors using both deadbolt and handle locks.
• Please return all keys to the lockbox and lock it following your stay.
• Please return thermostat and AC setting to 72 degrees following your stay.
• Ensure the fireplace heater and both bathroom heaters are turned off at the end of your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
