The apartment is on 2 floors. Fist floor: entrance hall with closet. Small bathroom with toilet and a sink. Living room, dining room, kitchen. Second floor: Bathroom with shower and bath tube, washing/dryer machine. Bedroom one with a double bed, bedroom two with double bed. Bedroom three, small with a double sleeping sofa. Great for a couple.
The garden is big with a terrace and a barbecue.
Parking space in the driveway. 15 min walk to down town. Quiet and family friendly area. Not available for individuals under age 25, but families are welcome.

It is a beautiful old house and it has belonged to the same family always. It has a good soul and a nice garden. 15 min. walk to down town.
What makes this property unique
Peaceful and nice area. Klambratún the park is in front of the house with a nice museum Kjarvalsstaðir. It is a short walk to the swimming pool Sundhöllin (the swimming palace), to the Einar Jónsson art museum, to Hallgrímskirkja (The church of Hallgrímur) and to down town.
