This house has a spacious porch and impressive views of the Valleys foliage - perfect for relaxing in the private sauna, drinking a cup of coffee or tea and quieting your mind in this noisy world. With just a short 10 min drive you have easy access to historic Kingston and Rosendale.

With just a short 10 step walk to the end of the driveway you have access to a beautiful playground, basketball court, tennis court, and giant grass field perfect for picnics.

The home has a small arcade room, an electric fireplace, 2 queen beds, one bunk bed equipped with a full bed on bottom twin on top, and a full kitchen.

This home is perfect for families or a peaceful scenic getaway!

It was very clean. Good water. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Being by the park was very nice. Suggestion for the kitchen to have more eating utensils and serving bowls.

The house was very convenient to the events we had planned for the weekend. It was very clean and plenty of space. The kitchen needs to be equipped with some glassware and a few more plates and cookware.

Space was smaller in person than it seemed on pictures, but that’s really my only complaint. Note that it is a separate house, but owners do live on property as well. Home was super clean which was much appreciated! Enough beds and towels, ect for a comfortable stay. Check in and out was super simple. Overall, good stay for the price.
