Beautiful place !!!

I stayed here with my parents for a week and everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and the AC worked great. We were right by the pool and a short walk to the beach. The owner responded to all of my questions super quickly and ensured everything was perfect. I would stay here again !!!!

disappointing lack of care and attention

the apartment was ok in a nice location,but we had problems.there was hardly any water coming out of the taps or showers, and no hot water at all.we complained was promised a plumber but no one came. the sinks were dirty and the light didn't work in one of the bathrooms. the apartment cost us a lot of money,and we were disappointed, we wont bestaying in this apartment again.

Mr. Plant stayed in our apartment for two weeks, and at no time during that period, did he mention any issues with the water to me and having double checked and spoken to our property manager; the water issue was only brought to her attention on the day before his departure. I am sure if the matter was brought to her attention sooner, the issue would have been sorted ; the same goes for the light bulb and the "dirty" sinks. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive.

Pleasant stay at Pleasant Hall

This was our first time staying in this unit and at Pleasant Hall. We were pleased with the unit and the location. It was very quiet. The pool area was lovely. On our first day, we had a visit from the property manager. She went over the unit and answered any questions we might have. The condo could use a little updating, however, the beds are super comfortable and their is always a beautiful breeze coming through the condo. Pleasant Hall is not fancy by any means, but if you want a comfortable and quiet vacation, away from the crowds, this is a great condo. We will definitely look at staying here again!
