My name is Brandi & I support this home locally for the homeowners who love out of state. Our family lives in the Gilbert area as well and have been hosting guests in our own vacation rental for 4 years. We love this area and are so grateful for all of our guests.

This home is in a beautiful residential neighborhood in south Gilbert. You'll enjoy easy access to the 202 freeway and it is a convenient distance from local gems like Agritopia for great dining, San Tan Village for fantastic shopping, Main Event for family fun & Riparian Preserve for nature walks.
What makes this property unique
The home is like new, has fine finishes and no detail has been left out, down to the heated pool and fruit producing trees (seasonally). It even boasts a water softener and RO drinking water!
