Great Golf Course property! Just off the gulf coast!

Welcome to a lovely spacious 3 bedroom home located in Ocean Springs MS. Less than a mile from the gulf coast, sitting on an old golf course that's was closed because of Katrina. The property has a small river bed in the back yard, very large porch with a hammock and patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. This property is also just 20 minutes from Biloxi casinos, and all the fine restaurants that align the beaches. Due to the Covid 19 I'm lowering my prices, especially to the essential workers that help keep us safe.

Huge house

Nice place. Needs some minor maintenance but was not as described in Match 2023 review. We were worried after that review but everything was ok and manager responded promptly to us.

Needs a good clean

The yard needed to be mowed and there was a lot of spider webs throughout the house killed a lot of spiders and termites come from out of nowhere in the master bathroom the glass window in the bathroom was broken the back porch need some attention the ac unit in the house leaks water and the washroom had a water leak from the was machine it’d you wash the house itself is a nice home but need some upkeeps

Irresponsible host Stay away

The house location is not convenient to any OS shops or restaurants. We were there for @ 30 minutes taking pictures as the house was dirty, unkepted, & cluttered. We couldn't leave the house fast enough. We left immediately & provided information & pictures to VRBO. DO NOT RENT this property. You will regret it!!!

Not what I thought

The yard was knee high grass. II was told the yard guy was coming. I had asked for earlier check in but the house was not very clean. The showers and whirlpool tub was very dirty. The whirlpool tube had what looked like a sweaty back print on the side. To me the most important areas wasn't cleaned. Even if I wanted to use the hot tube it didn't work. On the plus side it was a very large home for a family of 4 it meet those needs great. Location wasn't bad either.

Last minute getsway

The house was spacious but very dirty and only a few pillows and towels. The back porch was nice but needed to have some loving attention. But the manager was very nice we still had a good time.

Great Gulf Coast Vacation Rental

Great house with a central location to all the wedding and family things that were planned while we were down along the coast! We were even able to chill in the backyard around the fire pit. Thank you for opening your home . I have shared the info with friends.

The house was beautiful! There were several paintings in the home I was tempted to make an offer on, but I probably can’t afford them haha! Seriously, we enjoyed staying here, the fireplace, the hot tub, and the location, but mostly the paintings lol!

Nice property, easy check in

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary/ vacation. Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Maybe a little too big for just us but we enjoyed the pool table and Foosball table and relaxing out on the back patio. Kenyetta, was helpful with checking in and out. Will definitely stay again when we can!

Big Spacious Home

This is a beautiful home with lots of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The neighborhood was very peaceful. On the large patio you will find lots of seating, a grill, and a large hot tub. The master suite is huge! There is a TV in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. We really enjoyed the pool table someone was playing everyday. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen was limited on bowls and cups so plan to bring some with you. There is a full size washer/dryer so you can do laundry if needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

A Great Place to Get Away from the Beaten Path

A very comfortable home-away-from-home! If you have more than a couple but less than a tribe, this is place has all the comforts of home. It's large and spacious, it has all the appliances needed whether you're eating in or bringing food in, and for those few minutes you aren't out or doing something you have a television in almost every room. There's even a pool table to play a rack of eight-ball if you want. Because of the comfort and conveniences, you may not even want to leave the house while you are there. It's off the beaten path so noise and distraction are not an issue - but it's almost a direct line to them main arteries of roadways. Thank you for a wonderful place to get away. Kenn Rains

Overgrown flower beds and camper blocking driveway should have been a WARNING!

A/c did not work! First night was spent sweating in sleep. 1 toilet continually clogged, 2nd toilet had to “tickle” handle so that it would flush PLUS water was shut off to sink so you couldn’t wash hands. 3rd bath you had to flush twice, the handles came off in shower and jetted tub did not work and sink barely drained which was same in first bath. One bed had NO sheets. Found a pair in dryer and even though they were king size, we had to put them on a regular bed. The house was filthy with dog? Hair on rugs and clumps stuck to broom. All trim in house was pulling away from walls and cracks filled with dirt. It looked like property may have flooded and never repaired properly. At least 2 doors were splitting apart and non of the interior doors locked. The kitchen barely had necessities. Search 5 cabinets to find 3 beer glasses for orange juice. 2 skillets (1 cast iron and 1 should be thrown away because it was so beat up and everything stuck). No garbage disposal and oven was caked on spillage. The knobs on stove were so worn down, I couldn’t tell what temp I was attempting to cook on. As to the exterior, there was a huge 5th wheel camper parked in driveway blocking most of it. The flowerbeds were overgrown with weeds but yard was mowed. The covered patio had cheap round wicker settee with no cushions, a cheap plastic chair and a folding chair. The brick patio flooring was missing most of the grout and showed obvious signs of water intrusion. I started a chat session with VRBO (it actually took 5 attempts before I connected with agent). I sent multiple pictures of issues as well as detail descriptions. I was then informed I would have to call an 800 number to escalate. I called the number and was on old for more than an hour only to find out that they couldn’t help me and had to turn over to a traveler care team. They offered to find another property but none was available within 40 miles. We had no choice but to stay and hope our money would be refunded. They evidently called owner. She contacted me directly and offered to refund cleaning deposit. Big freakin deal! $125 refund

Peaceful retreat

The property itself was great. Having a tv in every room was definitely a plus. The grilling area was perfect. The only negative thing I have to say is I don’t like getting dressed from my suitcase. The drawers weren’t the cleanest to put my clothes in, but other than that it was a great experience and would definitely rent this property again

NICE HOME, NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND AWESOME HOSTS.

Perfect place to live and relax for several days. The house was very clean, smoke free, yard cut nicely, and is in a nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed drinking coffee each morning and enjoying the quiet back yard that overlooks an old golf course. Mississippi stay!

The host was very helpful! There was no coffee maker which was listed and the hot tub was not kept up with and smelled horrible. The cover was gross! Patio was dirty as well! There was 1 pot in bad shape no dish soap. Usually with other places they have a small amount. 1 bowl. No can opener. No organizations! And the cabinets were not all that clean not gross though! There is also baby crocodiles t living behind the house in the small pond so if you have children you’ll have to keep and eye out. The fridge and freezer could use a cleaning! There was a leak in one bathroom! But the house is beautiful the yard people came right before we left ‘! The recycling bin was filled will trash probably from last people not owners fault! Enjoyed the pool table and Fooze ball!

Good stay with a few issues

This was our 2nd stay and we hoped it would be better than the 1st. But as much as we liked the size, layout and location of the place there are a few serious issues that must be addressed. All though we paid a cleaning fee the floors had not been cleaned or even swept. The refrigerator was very dirty. There are very few pots and pans or flatware. The very worst was the hot tub it was nasty with slime on the bottom and it smelt bad. It should have been emptied, cleaned and service. Also there were no chemicals for use. Overall this place has a lot of potential but it must have upkeep or it will go downhill fast.

Excellent Stay!

The house was clean, large, beds comfortable and the location was great. The owner made himself available over the phone right after we arrived to make sure all was well. The only area for improvement would be a few more items in the kitchen, as we did a fair amount of cooking and found there was only one pot with a lid and the can opener barely works. Otherwise, this was an overall, excellent rental and we would definitely stay again!
