Wake up and start your morning right with a mug of warm coffee and powder-soft sand between your toes. The beach is less than a block away, so it's easy to spend your days learning to parasail or sunbathing back on shore. Cool off with an ice cream cone, then your car out of the two provided parking spaces to explore the island. The free trolley stops right outside if you'd prefer not to drive!

End your day with a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. Once you've dried off, step inside and use the kitchen to start working on dinner. If you went fishing, use the grill to cook up the day's catch! After you've enjoyed your meal, kick back in the living room with free WiFi and a Smart TV. Climb the spiral staircase to marvel at a breathtaking Florida sunset.

If you're traveling with a larger group, this cottage for four can be rented together with Sunfish 102, which sleeps six, for a total occupancy of 10.

All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Pools & Spas: The rental property owner or rental property association controls pool temperatures. Not all pools are heated. Fran Maxon Real Estate is not responsible for pool or spa temperatures, closures or malfunctions. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.  No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control.

Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily.  This includes noise at the pool area. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
City/town permit number: VRC19-000107. Local ordinances require guest stays of at least 7 nights.

Violations of rental terms and local ordinances may result in fines or immediate eviction from the property.
