Both toilets in our unit wouldn't flush for 3 days. My family may as well have been riding on the Poop Cruise. The host did send a terrible excuse for a plumber to look at it. He had no tools with him and I'm pretty sure that he just left the bar, stopped by, and got paid a service charge for nothing. Also, the Summit will do nothing to help, in terms of maintenance. We will never stay at the Summit again.
