Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 dogs for a family holiday celebration. Parking in back and just a few blocks from both metra and express buses to downtown. Also blocks from the lake, beach, and lakefront trail, a great place to walk the dogs. 75th street had a lot of boarded up businesses sadly, but the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we saw out and about were all friendly. Perfect place for our family to celebrate the holidays and Trey was an amazing host...he even put up a Christmas tree for us!

The pictures does this place no justice! Very specious and clean it even smelt AMAZING walking in, He has everything you need for your stay. Picture perfect! The house was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean with the necessities for our stay. Trey was a wonderful host that was both attentive and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the decor was modern and pleasant. We spent a fair amount of time in South Chicago so this house was very convenient for us to attend the event in the south but also drive to the city for sightseeing. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!
