As you enter the main door on the first floor, there is a stairway and a door to the left, which provides access to the garage and 1st bedroom. The 1st bedroom comes with a double bed, workspace area, has access to the washer, dryer and backyard.
A walk up the stairway will lead you towards the main floor embodied with an open concept, 9 ft ceiling kitchen, living room, dining area, half bathroom and access to patio.
On the third floor, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite, a third bedroom, the main bathroom and a linen closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds.
PS If you decide to walk down the hill to view the beautiful st John's harbour, be prepared for the uphill climb back home lol you're sure to get your cardio in!

This cozy apartment is central to most of the sites of St John’s. We could leave the car at the property and walk to downtown, Signal Hill and The Rooms. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and decorated with care and attention. The hosts were prompt in replying to my many questions prior to arrival. Check in and check out was easy. No hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family.
This was a gem of a find in St. John’s. The host, Trevor, was an excellent communicator making the check in and stay seamless. The unit was as described, clean and beautifully appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We travelled as two couples and had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We had every amenity we needed. The location is excellent, very close to downtown as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and experiences. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely return should we visit St. John’s in the future.
