Savor quiet mornings on the deck, relax by the fire pit after sunset, and enjoy the calming presence of North Georgia’s native wildlife and mountain views.

Location & Access - Our home is situated along the beautiful Coosawattee river with access to multiple amenities including parks, pools, recreation centers, fishing areas, putt-putt, and much more. We are 20 minutes from downtown Ellijay and located on a well-maintained gravel road with parking space for 5 vehicles.

This is a gated community. Please send names and phone numbers of everyone in your group who may be a driver and need a pass for the gate. We will then text these passes to each person listed. Keypad code to front door will be given 24 hours prior to check-in.


Coosawattee River Resort welcomes you to over 5,500 acres of unspoiled wilderness. Here you can explore parks and fishing areas within the neighborhood. There are also 3 pools, a fitness center, and plenty of outdoor areas for tennis, basketball, pickleball and an 18-hole miniature golf course. When exploring locations within the Coosawattee River Resort, please be advised that it may be easier to exit the neighborhood along GA382 and then re-enter it rather than drive through the neighborhood.
