Seventh Floor! Phoenix East Condo 705 - BEACH FRONT!

Come on in! Lots of wicker and rattan. In the master bedroom pickled wicker furnishings that include a king bed, nightstands and lamps, a dresser with mirror and a TV and VCR. The dining area has a rattan and glass table for four and adjoins your fully equipped kitchen. The den has a wicker writing desk, a wicker and tropical print sofa, and a rattan chair plus a rattan recliner and a side chair. There is also a TV, DVD and stereo for your enjoyment.

*Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available. For more information, see Brett/Robinson’s Terms & Conditions.*
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Weekend getaway at orange beach

My husband and I came down for my birthday weekend. Location was nice and convenient, check in process was easy. It’s an older condo, smelled a bit musty, noticed some upkeep could be done. But overall, the bed was comfortable and clean, towels were clean. We didn’t use the kitchen at all. Worked for just us for 2 nights

Friendly staff, super cabana staff. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the stipulation that the air remain at 78, a bit warm and uncomfortable at night. Nice view of the beach.

Long weekend getaway

Our reservation was for the first weekend the beaches opened after Hurricane Sally. The property was in great shape as was the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and appeared as advertised. Since the photo was taken they have added a Keurig coffee maker. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. We would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for couples or families with small children.

First off, the condo was great. Lovely decor, functional, and very comfortable. But the beach...!

Nice place, great location, but the beach is commercially managed across the property. One management company has a lock on practically all the prime beach, installing and renting out chairs and umbrellas that really crowd anyone else out. It was so obnoxious that it felt wrong to pay for a chair and watch others’ annoyance. We ended up driving to other beaches instead of using the one at the condo. A shame.

There were many things not in working order. The repairman came at 7:45 pm. People smoked cigarettes and marijuana on the surrounding balconies so we couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. We were told by the front desk there was nothing they could do. Half of the electrical outlets didn’t work. There were screaming, crying kids outside so you couldn’t enjoy the pool, balcony, and we had to move down the beach. The door lock to the outside was broken leaving the condo unsecured. Turning in the keys at checkout was inconvenient. 4 remotes for each tv is ridiculous and too hard to figure out. The bed was comfortable but not enough covers. The cabinet doors were falling off. The dishwasher had 3” of standing water when we arrived. The flatware seemed to have been put away dirty. The washer and dryer were extremely noisy. The toaster was a fire hazard. The bread burned black at the bottom of the toaster and was uncooked on the rest. We had to unplug it quickly because it started smoking and looked like it might catch fire. The front door lock/knob was loose and not very strong. The condo was ample for two people and convenient to the beach.

great condo & location

Close to the Perdido pass, it has a great view of the ocean (facing almost due South). Perfect for relaxing and watching pelicans, seagulls, ospreys and dolphins. Close to the elevators but no noise problem at all. Kitchen appliances seemed new and were clean. Nice walk-in shower. Nice TV with amenities such as a sound bar, satellite TV, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a family getaway

This condo was great for our family getaway. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. The condo was nice, the perfect size for our family of 4. The appliances were up to date and clean. The view of the pool and beach were amazing. The splash pad was perfect for our 1 year old. The only downside, the floor wasn’t the cleanest in our unit. We didn’t walk around barefoot because it felt gritty. I understand it’s on the beach, so having some sand on the floor is normal as it’s hard to clean up, but there were some crumbs on the floor in our bathroom as well. The bed wasn’t comfortable either. Other than that though, we had an amazing time and will most likely return to this property for our next beach trip.

Beautiful, Family Orenited place to stay

We happened here on accident. The condo was beautiful with more than enough room. A huge pool was the kids favorite along with a very short walk to the beach. The balconys are HUGE compared to other places we stayed. Can't wait to return, and if you've never been to The Gul Restaurant make sure you visit. It's literally .02 miles away!
