Below Average Experience
The only reason I gave the rating 2 star is because the overall location and condo view was pretty good.
We arrived 2 hours before check in and the lady at the office onsite was very rude and told me my room would not be available until 4. We were told when we called there was no guarantee of an early check in but if room was ready we could check in. There was a shift change and the lady I originally spoke to left and a man took over office check in. I sat and waited in the office while he check others in. He finally approached me to ask what I was waiting on. The lady that left never told him why I was in there waiting. He apologized and said my room was ready and check me in. The next day I was returning to the room from the beach and the condo door was wide open. I was shocked when I entered to find maintenance man working on the bathroom. We were not given any notice someone would be in the room working and our wallets were left out on the kitchen countertop with the door to condo open. Nothing was taken however we felt that we should have been notified that someone was coming in to do maintenance during our stay. I would recommend using another property snd avoid this one.
