Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo, perfectly situated on the 2nd floor to provide you with a stunning Gulf view. This coastal retreat offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Interior: As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by the coastal hues that create a soothing and relaxing ambiance throughout. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper, offering additional sleeping space for your convenience.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable and peaceful space for a restful night’s sleep after a day of beach adventures. Maintaining an open and airy feel throughout the condo, please note that the master bedroom does not have a privacy door.
Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen, complete with all major appliances, ensures you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find the kitchen is a convenient and functional space.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.
