Sleeps 5 total, 3 in the living room plus 2 in the bedroom. Big screen TV and bedroom TV, electric fire place, two recliners, Island kitchen with farmhouse sink. Also has 2 air-conditioners, a picnic table with large BBQ grill, and is set up in beautiful quiet spot overlooking the water. We also have tie-in generators if the power goes out, so is safe for those with medical needs for electricity. Minimum rental is one week. If you are new to RVing, when you rent we will come and show you how to use the RV. We have also included an induction cooktop, toaster oven, single cup Kurig-style coffee maker, silverware and kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, even wine glasses.
