We had a great time here. The house was perfect. Great location, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Very nice property. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient for all area activities. The location is only 10 minutes from town, there is a very convenient small grocery store within walking distance and it is ten minutes closer to mountain activities than being in town. There was plenty of room to spread out in the house. The host was very responsive to questions preceding and during the visit.

Everything was clean. The house was perfect for our family. One of my family members has mobility issues. It was nice to have a downstairs bedroom.

This is one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. Kimberly was very fast at responding when we needed something. Great neighborhood as well. Will definitely stay here again if in Durango.

What a wonderful property! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is quiet, has friendly neighbors walking their dogs, and is very close to a great golf course. The kitchen is well stocked with quality utensils, dishes, and other cookware. The furnishings are comfortable and of good quality. The owners were great to work with, and were very responsive to our questions. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for a family trip. It is 3 minutes away from a higher end grocery store with prime meats.
