Apartment LUX is a modern new apartment of 65m2 located in a detached, newly built 2 bedroom house - both with king size beds. The living room is spacious with a large sofa bed for 2 additional persons, dining room, modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and all necessary appliances and dishes. Fully equipped newly renovated bathroom with shower, washing machine is also available. Large terrace in front of the house with table and chairs, on the terrace there is a fully equipped barbecue. The entire terrace and house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowers dominated by the scent of lavender. Free parking for two cars. Free wi-fi. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The beach is only a few meters (10m) away from the apartment, the beach is suitable for children. Apartment is for accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for families with children! In our apartment you will find an ideal place to rest and enjoy the summer!

Immaculate accommodation, very relaxing

Ivan and Ivana were great hosts and really welcoming. The accommodation is very high spec and perfectly located for the beach and other nearby places. Would not hesitate in recommending people to stay here.roughly one hour from Split airport, which is a pretty stress-free place!

Perfect home!

The property was great. The location was wonderful. Close to the beach and restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It was very quiet and relaxing and I am was so kind. Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a wonderful family summer holiday. The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and has everything you need. It’s located directly at a nice beach, not to crowded and mainly visited by friendly locals. Ivan is the perfect host and also has a very friendly family. Great week in Brodarica

Ivan and Ivana welcomed us in person with a wine from their own production and some further attentions. The appartment is located conveniently to the Krk national park and many beautiful historical cities nearby. It has all convenience such as full air condition, moskito nets and is fully equipped with all required items. We have passed a very nice week, thank you so much, Ivan and Ivana !

Best ever VRBO stay in a beautiful location!

As an active VRBO user, we experienced our best overall experience at Ivan’s beautiful 2 bedroom home by the sea in quiet Brodarica. Ivan greeted us personally, walked through the house, chatted about the surrounding area’s highlights and left us with a nice welcome package including home-grown grapes. Clearly a caring host, extremely personable, excellent communicator and takes pride in his home and neighbourhood. The 2 bedroom detached house was in a very quiet community and a 30 second walk to the sea (on the other side of the street) with nice swimming (pebble beach and concrete) area, suitable for kids. It resides in a family orientated neighbourhood with rows of detached homes, many having their shoreline dock and swimming area. There also a number of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The house is extremely well appointed with brand new furniture and appliances throughout. This home is the best equipped stay we have experienced. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom shower was excellent, kitchen was loaded with supplies, and it had a very comfortable living room space to relax with a nice size table to eat at (seats 6). Screens were on all windows, so you could let the cool breeze run through without the worry of bugs (also had air conditioning in every room!). We were only two, but this home could comfortably fit 4 adults or a family (with extra 2 on a couch). Another highlight was its beautiful garden and patio to sit out on that was shaded and a cool resting spot – we spent time on the patio! We cannot say enough about this home and its location. It provided a quiet place to be, and only 8 minute car ride to Sibenik (probably the most beautiful city in Croatia), and a 30 minute drive to Krka National Park. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely be back to stay in Ivan’s place and highly recommend it to all visitors!

Wir durften 14 Tage in Brodarica in Ivan‘s Haus verbringen und waren rundum zufrieden. Ivan war ein toller Gastgeber der Wert darauf legte das es uns an nichts Fehlte. Wenige Schritte und man war am Meer / Strand Der Strandabschnitt dort mochten wir da er nicht zu überlaufen war wie der Hauptstrand. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal zurück nach Brodarica bzw. zu Ivan kommen

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten 17 sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung Lux in Brodarica. Ivan und alle Angehörigen waren sehr freundlich und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wohnung/Haus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Fenster mit Rollläden und Mückenschutz. Lage perfekt, Strand/Meer nach wenigen Schritten erreicht!Strandabschnitt ist perfekt und nicht zu überlaufen. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Bäcker, Bar und Restaurant. Alles perfekt!

Wir haben zwei tolle Urlaubswochen in diesem modernen und super eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Alles was sich im Haus, auf der Terrasse und auch im Wirtschaftsraum befand, durften wir nutzen und uns wie zu Hause fühlen. Zudem ist auch die Strandnähe des Hauses hervorzuheben. Nur wenige Schritte trennten uns vom glasklaren Wasser und der tollen Aussicht aufs Meer und den kleinen Inseln. Unser Gastgeber Ivan war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei aufkommenden Fragen stets hilfreiche Tipps geben können. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit ein paar Leckereien, wie z. B. einem selbstgemachten Hauswein, Snacks und kühle Getränke überrascht. Auch zwischendurch hat uns Ivan frisches Gemüse aus seinem Garten gebracht. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder! Ivan und Ivana, danke für alles!

Toller Gastgeber, tolles Haus, wunderschöne Gegend

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem modern und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Alle Angaben waren wie beschrieben. Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit ein paar Leckereien, wie z. B. einen selbstgemachte Hauswein überrascht. Auch zwischendurch hat uns Ivan frisches Obst aus seinem Garten gebracht. Tipps für Ausflugsziele gab es auch. Wir waren allgemein von der schönen Region begeistert. Split und Zadar waren beide ca. 1 Stunde entfernt. Aber auch in der unmittelbaren Nähe gab es viel zu sehen, z. B. den National Park Krka, Šibenik oder die Inseln in der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für alle.

Sehr nah am Meer 😊

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Moskitonetze in jedem Zimmer waren sehr wertvoll wie auch die Klimaanlage. So nette Vermieter haben wir noch nie getroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, macht weiter so. 1 Minute Gehzeit zum Strand war das Highlight des Urlaubs. So nah am Wasser zu wohnen ist einfach herrlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Ein paar Tassen mehr und Besteck wären von Vorteil.

Bei uns war es eine spontane Entscheidung früher in die Ferien zu gehen und wir bereuen es keineswegs. Dieses Apartement ist sehr sauber und nahe am Meer gelegen. Alles nötige in nächster Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nichts zu bemängelnd sondern eher wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen. Das Meer vor der Haustüre ist nie überfüllt und man findet immer ein Platz auch für uns (6 Personen,2 Erwachsene & 4 Kinder) gab es jedes Mal genug Platz. Gibt noch ein grösserer Strand mit einem Spielplatz,liegt aber bisschen weiter entfernt vom Apartement. Vielen Dank für alles an Ivan & Familie

Heerlijk plekje

Het was even zoeken, maar de accomodatie staat heerlijk dicht bij de zee. Let op, achter gebouw! Sibenik zelf vind ik een mooi en idyllisch plaatsje. De gastheer en vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en goed voor hun gasten. Wij hebben genoten!

Ferien in Kroatien Brodarica

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Frerienhaus direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet es fehlte an nichts. Unser Vermieter Ivan Rudan war sehr gastfreundlich und stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Wir würden immer gerne Wiederkommen und sagen noch einmal Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt in Broderica.

Toller Aufenthalt in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Brodarica in der schönen, gut ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es Kaltgetränke und einen kleinen Snack. Der Strand ist in weniger als einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Einfach toll!!!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, die Lage war super, zentral zu allem was man braucht und ist direkt am Meer. Die wohnung ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Sibenik ist eine schön Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Der Urlaub war super, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.
