Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

It looked larger in the pictures. There was hair in the refrigerator, sand in our beds and meds in.

Loved the beach most employees were helpful.

Nice location, clean

I have a few suggestions that would help with comfort. Update the pots and skillets used for cooking. They were severely warped and I had to be creative using them. The wicker couch was ok but the side chair was uncomfortable. Over all the parking was super easy and check in was great. Great location and clean.

Unit itself was just ok, dated, but not as bad as overall facility. Staff couldn't care less from dealings with reservations all the way down to check in. Unit owner probably tries, but overall property is tired, run down, not working and depressing. Best part was beach of course. Not impressed at all with overall facility and lack of maintenance. Depressing colors, non working elevators, stairs that were cluttered and dirty. Excessive garbage smell from chute at end of hall. SMOKING on balconies??? REALLY??? Sorry, but trying to be honest. At times wonder about overall safety of all facility, as quite evident there was concrete problems with structure. Will think hard about using this company again; and will probably not be staying at this facility.

Enjoyed the stay

Great place to stay very clean and comfortable. The only problem was that there was only one elevator our whole stay. The other one was broken. Overall, great time.

Great location, but disappointing as far as comfort and cleanliness.

This condo is in a great location with great beach access, however, we were disappointed by the plastic mesh on the balcony that hindered the beautiful view, and it is only semi-private. The beds and living room furniture need an upgrade-not comfortable. The comforter on the guest bed was ripped and gritty on top. We had to buy a quilt to get us by as no spare was available. The couch cushion smelled like pet urine, which no pets are apparently allowed, and we booked this condo for that reason in hopes of not dealing with that. The 2 bathroom doors are a pain in the bath by the kitchen, as they are constantly bumping into each other. The showers were pretty nice, but there was a razor cap on the shower floor when we got there which makes us question if it was cleaned. A little dishwashing liquid would be a nice touch for when people first arrive. The washer is extremely small, and the dryer runs very loud drowning out the living room tv. We will pass on this one in the future.

Great location! Just walk out to beach! Easy check in. Place was clean. Bring extra trash bags and toilet paper. Only start with 1 then you are on your own! Beds were comfy!

Great location, big screen tv in bedrooms and living area, nice new walk in showers, stainless appliances, k cup coffee maker, great view, new memory mattress in Master, closer to beach than most buildings, you can walk to stores, liquor store, and eating areas.
