There is a trusted tenant living upstairs, so we kindly ask for consideration regarding noise levels. Shared front entrance to the building.

One parking space in the back on the driveway infront of the garage on the left. The other parking spot is for the upstairs tenant. Free street parking.

Please note, there is not washer or dryer in the building. Laundromat just a drive a away.
