Our house is perfect for a small group of friends or family looking for a clean, accessible place. It contains 2 bedrooms (2 queens & twin bunk beds) & 1 full bathroom, as well as a sleeper sofa with a pullout queen bed. Enjoy our smart TVs, grill or warm up by the fire pit, & even get some work or studying done! Located just minutes from 2 major highways, 2 colleges, Four Lakes Ski Resort, & much much more, the journey is just getting started once you arrive!

Guest access
We ask that our guests park in our driveway. The driveway is very long, with ample space for multiple cars. That said, we highly discourage parking in the back, as the driveway narrows considerably and larger vehicles might not be able to fit comfortably down that part of the driveway. Furthermore, we recommend parking in front of the house due to the proximity to the front door.
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door.

I work as a health actuary by day and a baseball umpire by night. My interests include taking on new DIY projects, wintertime downhill skiing, watching sports, and spending quality time with my friends & family.
Why they chose this property
Having grown up in nearby Naperville (and actually having attended school in Lisle for 3 years), my familiarity with the area and established relationships certainly helped to keep me close to home post-college. After returning back home, I started noticing a significant uptick in travel to the area, as more and more families were looking to move here due to the nationally-recognized schools & communities. Unfortunately, due to the sheer size of the Southwest Chicago Suburbs, necessities tend to not always be "right next door". I knew that if I could provide a clean, comfortable home for individuals, families, & friends to stay when they're visiting the area, I would certainly have a lot of interest. If you add a central location to that equation, it really is the perfect place.
As the property is located on a 10,000 square foot lot, there is ample opportunity for privacy to be had. Yet, at the same time, the fact that it is sheer minutes from two major highways (I-88 & I-355), two colleges (Benedictine University & North Central College), the Lisle Metra station with direct access to Downtown Chicago, a skiing/snowboard hill, a golf course, Downtowns Lisle & Naperville, numerous stores & restaurants, and much much more means that this property truly is both "right in the middle of everything" and private.
This home means the world to us. We put everything we had into making this into the perfect place for anyone and everyone that passes through Lisle. Whether you are an indoor or an outdoor person, there is something for you to do the minute you arrive here. It really is a gem of a house in the middle of everything.

What makes this property unique
This house is situated right by a busy intersection, which makes it truly perfect for those who will be staying with us for anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, given the close proximity it provides to so many different attractions. What makes our place even more interesting is how the area changes with the seasons. In the summer & fall, it is not uncommon to see golfers across the street practicing their strokes at the driving range, and tourists & locals frequently flocking to locations such as Downtown Lisle, Downtown Naperville, the Morton Arboretum, or the Sea Lion Aquatic Park to enjoy the respective bars/restaurants/shows, nature/scenery, and some time in the water. Many catch football games over at Benedictine University or North Central College too. Come winter, as the leaves fall and the weather turns, Four Lakes Alpine Snowsports opens up, providing suburbanites & tourists the opportunity to learn & practice skiing, snowboarding, or sledding at a ski hill literally right up the road from our house!
The amenities that we provide in-house accommodate all seasons as well. For the warmer months, cook some steaks on the grill out on the back patio and remain outside to enjoy a home-grilled meal at the outdoor dining table. Fall weather calls for starting a fire in the built-in fire pit & roasting marshmallows. Last but not least, for the wintertime months, enjoy complimentary Netflix & Hulu in the warm indoors. Whatever it is, this home offers something desirable for every type of guest that stays here.
