The Space
Located in Palmilla's gated community, Oceano Altas, on the 5th hole Fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, overlooking the Sea of Cortez. Casa Bonita by Ronival is a beautiful home, newly remodeled in the exclusive Palmilla Community, famous for its luxurious homes and within 5 min golf cart ride or 10 min walk to renown Palmilla Beach, one of the best swimmable beaches in Cabo.

The two Master bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathroom, smart TVs, and sliding doors that open to the backyard. The guest bedroom features 2 queen-size beds, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors open to the interior courtyard with a fountain, where you can relax in one of the two swing chairs and enjoy the breeze. Finally, the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and working space which is perfect for those that need to continue working remotely.
