House was super cute and recently updated inside and out. David was very responsive to messages and very accommodating. Lovely area right in the middle of Maggie Valley. Lots of wildlife.

I cannot say enough about this property. From the very beginning everything was great! Communication with the Healy's was wonderful! The house was clean, cozy, and just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the weather was not great for the last few days of our stay so we weren't able to enjoy the back deck or the fire pit but we do plan to be back! I literally have nothing bad to say about our stay. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was good. We were just minutes from anything we wanted to do in Maggie Valley, within 15 mins of Waynesville, and just 30 mins or so to Cherokee or Bryson City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a last minute booking and we couldn't have been happier with it! The cleanliness was what I was most impressed with. I'm sort of a clean freak and I didn't find anything that did not meet my expectations. Conveniently located in Maggie Valley, but felt like we were remote. The deck is so nice and wish we had more time to enjoy it, especially when the weather is a little cooler. I would definitely recommend this unit and owner. Very easy to deal with.Thank you!!
