This delightful property features 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, a fully equipped bathroom with a refreshing shower, and convenient amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Guests can relax in the marvelous living space or enjoy the lovely outdoor area. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
Come and enjoy a home complete with modern porcelain tile floors. Each room has independent climate control, as does the dining room, kitchen, and living room. We even have a Pac-Man game console for old-timers.

Each room includes a 55-inch Smart TV, and you can even enjoy local channels.
You'll also find two goose-down pillows.
It has a separate entrance to the property and an assigned parking space. Here, you won't have to worry about additional guests upstairs or downstairs. This single-story property is an ideal place to enjoy time alone, with others, or to take a break if you've just gotten home from work. It's also close to supermarkets, shops, malls, and restaurants. The valley is centrally located, just 15 minutes from the airport, and major access roads are everywhere. But without the stress of downtown.

Such a luxurious feel to this small home. Beautifully designed and decorated. You can tell intention and purpose were put in this home. Loved our stay. Comfortable beds, relaxing roomy bathroom, quiet location. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and event venues. I’d come back to this rental again!! Definitely recommend for those who have 2-4 travelers.

Property was clean and had good amenities (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove). There is a nice kitchen area, but no real “living area” space. We used the 2nd bedroom to watch TV in the evening. Heating/cooling units were a little finicky but we eventually got the temperature where we wanted it. Biggest surprise was that the location is an extension on an existing house. It was fine but caught us off-guard. We had a good stay nonetheless and it was convenient to the mountains and Maverik Arena which we were attending an event.
