Welcome to the River House in Crystal River with private 40ft dock. This terrific property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin/double bunk bed and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious open concept with large kitchen, dining area and living room with 65" TV with Roku and laundry room with wash/dryer. Enjoy 2 outdoor patio spaces, one being an upstairs screened in porch with a water view to enjoy your morning coffee and a downstairs open patio with plenty of seating to relax by the water or enjoy food and family with patio table, chairs and gas grill .
