Why they chose this property
The choice was purely by chance. I never planned to go into property management, nor did I imagine that this neighborhood would captivate me. A client who couldn’t sell her property approached me to manage it for her since she didn’t live in Puerto Rico. That’s how we started a pilot plan, which I ended up loving — and I decided to fully dedicate myself to it. Over time, other neighbors asked for my help, and today it’s been 13 years since I started working in the short-term rental business.
