Beautiful resort

Condo is great it has all your needs. A/C , washer dryer , comfortable bed , kitchen stuff.Pool is really nice & very close to condo. Beach is so close 5-10 min walk or 2 min drive down to it next to the resort very easy access. We would stay here again .

The Villa is beautiful, the surroundings as well. The communication with Jennifer the host was excellent. She was attentive to our needs and questions. The only down fall was losing water twice during our stay.But, definitely will come back. We loved. Thanks Jennifer for everything.

Splendid and relaxing villa

The whole Rio Mar resort and the view from the villa were outstanding. My wife and I really enjoyed a relaxing week. The beach was just a short 2 and half minute drive. The host/concierge service was excellent in terms of recommendations on the sites nearby and restaurants. Just a couple of issues with the some appliances (washer, & toaster) which prevented us from rated this villa a 5.

Kio 1 on Rio Mar Beach Resort

The property is very clean and spacious. There's some minor details on the door locks inside the villa. This property have a espectacular view of the sun during the morning and evening. The facilities are in top shape and there's security all the time. I highly recommend it. The comunication with the host exceptional.

We had a view of the ocean. The swimming pool was close by to swim laps. The air conditioner kept everything cool. Everything we needed was in the unit. We were on an upper level and there were only stairs to reach it. I would not go there if you cannot climb the stairs.
