This beautiful gem is located literally steps away from the beach in a calm and quite gated community. The unit is conveniently located right in front of the complex's community pool, with easy access from the main stairwell. So many things to do in the surrounding area, to include a 25-minute drive to the top of the National Rain Forest. You won't be disappointed.

Very Awesome Place!

The location, the property and the owner are all a perfect combo for an awesome stay! Ince I stepped in into this apartment, it smelled and looked so good that I knew for sure I had done my homework and was at the right place. Communication with the owner was on point. Mr. Andino is a true professional and was very quick replying to enquiries. He was very informative and knowlegeable about his property and the surroundings. The apartment is well kept and anything you would think you need for cooking, laundry, beach or pool going, etc is included, plus the technology like wifi, roku tv, youtube, netflix, etc., it's all there. Electrical and manual hurricane shutters makes you feel very secure if ever needed during your stay (hopefully not). I highly recommend this property and I'm looking forward to booking with Mr. Andino again!
