This just renovated condo features a comfortable sleep number king bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The living room offers a pleasant space with 55" Canvas TV, with a new leather queen sleeper sofa bed for additional guests. A full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator, air fryer, plates, utensils, glassware, new pots and pans. Nespresso, Keurig and regular coffee makers with frother. This terrific property also includes amenities like WiFi, AC, Towels and Linens and a hairdryer for your convenience. We have you covered for the beach as well with Tommy Bahama balloon wheel beach cart for easy trek thru the sand, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, coolers, beach towels, beach table, pool floats and even a Sonos bluetooth speaker to listen your favorite music while soaking up the rays. Tennis courts on site and we have racquets for your use. Heater Swimming pool available year round. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

My wife and I live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. We purchased a home in Estero FL 4 years ago and fell in love with the area. We love the beach and when we saw this condo we knew it was for us. I still can't get over the view! We want you to fee at home and enjoy the condo as much as we do. We put a lot of time into updating the look and providing quality furnishings and decorations. The pictures you see on the wall are mainly photos of the area and limited additions. We tried to think of everything you might need so when you arrive you can just enjoy yourself. I am always available and am quick to respond.

As soon as you walk thru the door you will quickly know why we chose this location. Located on the South island of Fort Myers Beach. The area is very quiet and the beach is hardly ever crowded. For more exciting nightlife and the crowds of Fort Myers Beach just jump on the trolley, drive or uber about 4 miles down by Margaritaville and all the bars of Downtown Fort Myers Beach.

What makes this property unique

Not to repeat myself but as soon as you walk into the condo and see the beautiful sprawling ocean view. Looking to your right you can see all the way down Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva on a clear day.

After the Hurricane the beach was expanded and widened so now it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and I have traveled to many beaches thru out the world.
