Sunrise cottage is a side-by-side duplex with a reverse floor plan. Just steps from the beach and a beautiful ocean view makes it a great choice for a family vacation. On the 2nd floor is the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, and a half bath. The open floor plan makes for a spacious and comfortable gathering place. Sit and relax while you watch the ocean from the living room or from the ocean side porch while catching some sun and salt air. Downstairs is a queen master bedroom with a private bath and ocean side deck with ocean views, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a full hall bath. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, under-house private entry, parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. Perfect

I went with my 8 year old daughter 11 year old nephew and 13 year old niece and her friend. It was awesome. So greatful for the washer and dryer. Who knew teenage girls changed their clothes so much. Beach was perfect. House was well appointed as far as the kitchen went. I love to cook and only downfall was no pot holders but i bought some while we were there. It wasnt super populated which was perfect for me. Everyone was super nice. Our last night we had a fire and made s'mores on the beach. Decks views sound of the ocean. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was amazing! It was clean and close to the beach and the pool. It was the perfect spot. The front desk ppl was very nice also. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I definitely will be coming back and getting same spot next year.

Everything worked well with a couple minor exceptions. Would definitely rent the same unit another time.
