We had a great Family vacation in this Beautiful Lake house. The Views, sunrise and yard are amazing! Lots of swimming and kayaking. We will definitely be Back!

Lake Front 4th of July Weekend

Had a great weekend right on Mousam Lake. The back yard to the very stable dock was great. Water was clean and easy to get in and out of. The provided kayaks made me choose this place, all 4 were in great condition and fun to use. The long road to get to the property made it very secluded which was great. Inside the living room was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms aren't much other then a bed but you only need that area to sleep. 2 full bathrooms were a huge plus, note that one of the bathrooms and bedrooms are outside attached to the deck through their own doors. Both of these were in great condition. Overall would stay here again in a heartbeat and had a problem free great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean. The view is amazing. The location was great. The house is central located in the middle of the lake near and near a little cove you could kayak in. The water was so clean and clear. It was also so warm! You could walk right in. We swam every and Kayaked every day. There is plenty of space for food and drinks. We like to cook and the kitchen had all the supplies you need. The coffee maker is great, same one we have at home, a Ninja. We love our warm coffee in the morning and sitting by the lake. Plenty of loon sighting and we saw a bald eagle 3 of the 5 days were there. Close to Sanford if you need any supplies and need a Shaine’s Ice Cream fix. Host responded right away when we had a question. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!
