This house was amazing! We had 2 families (teenage boys), and the size was perfect. There was plenty of room for the boys to retreat to (so many bedrooms!) and the perfect amount of shared space to hang out! And the entire house is super clean! We made the best memories here, and will always recommend this house to our friends!

What a fantastic getaway! We loved this vacation, and the house was absolutely packed with everything you could possibly need to keep the kids happy. Our host was wonderful—super communicative, available, and immediately helped resolve a couple of normal, minor things during our stay. All of the amenities were in good, functional condition for our group to enjoy. Just a head-up for families with younger children: the bunk room is a separate space off the garage with outdoor access, which is great for privacy but worth noting if you want your kids sleeping right next to you. The kitchen has the essentials, but plan ahead or bring your own extra tools if you're a heavy cook. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again!

This house was so much fun! From the design and decor, to all of the fun games outside. Plenty of space for your whole family! We had so much fun shooting hoops and just enjoying the pool. Property is very clean and supplies everything you need. Exactly as described and the neighborhood was quiet also! Our toddler had a good time. Will definitely stay again. Host was quick with communication too.

Amazing house for families! We stayed with other families, lots of boys and the house kept them all active! Which is no small feat. We would definitely return. Great proximity to beaches and other FL west coast activities too!

I would absolutely stay at this property again. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We had everything we needed and there was a Publix just 2 minutes down the road if we needed anything. Our kids and their friends had a blast. Even with it being close to the beach, if we didn’t go it wouldn’t matter because there is plenty to do at this amazing house. Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE! You won’t regret it.

The main bedroom for my grandchildren has 2 bunk beds, and is a converted garage, which still has the garage door, no windows, and a door leading directly outside. We had to tie a bed sheet to the door and bunk bed, after my 3 year old opened the door and walked out. This kids room also includes the hot water heater, and washer dryer, a spark from any of these appliances would be catastrophic. The current tax assessor shows this so called bedroom a garage, and a 4 bedroom home, this property was listed as a 5 bedroom. This is clearly an illegal bedroom. The pool temperature when we arrived was 73, which was too cold for my grandchildren to go in. We reported this to the owner’s agent. Without notice from the agent, the pool technician showed up for his previously scheduled day to clean the pool, and informed us that the problem is that there is a leak in the pool, which required us to continually fill the pool with water, per his instruction (Which reduced the temperature). The posted license for this property shows it expired on February 1st 2025.

We had a great time here! Favorite thing was the very comfy beds and fun indoor decor, least favorite thing was outdoor wasn’t as colorful as the pictures but that’s expected in Florida sun! It was super clean and the host was very responsive. Everything worked properly, there were plenty of amenities and games, plenty of supplies and towels; overall it was an amazing stay and we would come back!
