Gulf front 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom hotel suite with beautiful furnishings on the 7th floor of Phoenix All Suites.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Wonderful mini vacay

Property is clean and in the center of everything. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a washer/dryer in the condo.

I will never stay there again! So many things sucked!

First for most 5pm check in is a money waste! The elevators sucked! You had to wait for them at 5 mins. The luggage carts are falling apart. The so called dishes that were supposed to b clean we’re Not!! The garbage disposal stunk so we had to put the plug on it and not able to use that side of the sink. The pool occupancy is about 8 people. We could never enjoy it. The vending machine wasn’t working.!!! If you plan on parking in the garage drive a Fiat! Too little room between parking spots to even be able to get out of your vehicle. Other than that— we had a great time! Lol

Great Place to stay

The family and I had a blast, the place was clean and was in walking distance of restaurants and surf shops and the Hang our. Located right on the beach.. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars was the elevator.. It was extremely hot and only one working for the whole building the staff used it all day to go up and down and the tenants had to wait forever for it to come and it was usually already full..

Talk about a Trailer park..

This is truly a trailer park for condos. Pool is at max 5 feet across and doesn’t have room for many families to play in. Rooms are very cramped and can sleep six but would highly not recommend it. We had 4 and two of the four are kids. For another $50 to $100 a night I would check other places. Elevators do not work half the time you have to push up button for it to come get you and ride to the top then go back down to the floor you want to go to.. If you are trying to save a little money here do not do it.

We had a great time. There were 4 of us, but the bunk beds are more the size for children.

The people working on the property were beyond kind. Every single one smiled, and spoke to us. Even when you could tell by the look on their face that it was crazy busy, maybe having a bad day, etc... They were very sweet to us.
