Two Separate Private Bedrooms - Each bedroom has a private entrance by the pool deck. The house was built as a townhome with an attached apartment that is occupied seasonally by the owner with its independent entrance, for long stays the laundry room will be used once a week by owner.

The house has a wing occupied seasonally by the owner. The owner does not share any common area, it has its own entrance.
For long periods (after two weeks) the laundry room will be close once a week.
