We were here for our honeymoon this was listed as a condo close to walking to the beach when we got here it looks like a Motel 6, when we walked up the stairs, it smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. When we got into the unit, it was cute and very well decorated, but it was smaller than a motel room. There was no furniture to sit on except for a bistro table and chair chairs like you would put on your patio.. The photos showed that there was a deck to sit on that showed like you were sitting out towards the beach, but it was towards the parking lot facing another apartment complex. There was no dressers to put your clothing in and there were no toiletries like most B&Bs do we started to cook our dinners we noticed there was no dishes to cook in the microwave except for a bowl or plates there was only two forks and for a weekend stay there was only four pods for us to have coffee with me. We had to go buy more coffee if we wanted to use the Keurig… The TV was very small and there was no air-conditioning. The bed was comfortable, but all in all, this was not a pleasant stay, and it was very misleading with the pictures. There was Only a mini fridge. Definitely not worth the price she charges.

I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Our listing accurately describes the unit as a cozy studio-style condo, and the photos are intended to represent the space as it is. The balcony overlooks the property and neighboring area, and the beach is just a short walk away. I’m sorry if there was cigarette smoke or another odor in the common stairwell. Unfortunately, that area is shared with other owners and is outside of my control, but I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Regarding the kitchen, the unit is equipped with a mini refrigerator and kitchenette, as described in the listing. Since your stay, I have replenished the silverware to ensure future guests have a full set available. Coffee starter supplies are provided, though longer stays may require guests to purchase additional pods, as noted in the welcome information. While the condo does not have air conditioning, this is disclosed in the listing, and the coastal climate is typically quite mild. I truly value guest feedback and am always looking for ways to improve. I’m grateful for your compliments on the décor and the comfortable bed, and I’ve already addressed the silverware concern. I wish you both all the best and congratulations on your marriage.

This place was perfect. Everything was simple, and the place is super cute. They have gone over and beyond on the kitchen for a studio. The induction stove top is genius, and then add the full-size convection/ microwave oven. You are pretty unlimited. Then add location, and it can't go wrong.
